How to Return an Item
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To qualify for a return:
✔ The item must be in its original condition
✔ Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached
✔ Packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
Please note: Any items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
- Refunds are handled by Shopify, once we refund your item, you will be notified, however, the time taken to receive the money back will be dependant on Shopify's processing time.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to see if this is possible.
