Delivery Charge
All UK orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. For orders below this amount, a £2.50 standard shipping fee will apply.
We also offer optional faster shipping services, including Next Day services, which aims for next working day delivery after disaptch, though this is not guaranteed.
We ship worldwide, with prices provided at checkout
International Delivery (Outside Of The UK)
Any customs charges and fees are the customer's responsibility. If you are unwilling to pay these fees, please reconsider your purchase.
Unpaid customs fees will result in a refund minus the fees we have paid upon return of the goods.
Feel free to contact us about customs fees. We will provide our best estimate, albeit your countries local tax office is the best place for the most accurate charge.
Order Processing
Once an item is purchased, orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched within 24-48 working hours (excluding weekends, as Royal Mail / Evri / DPD does not collect from us on these days).
Delivery Timings
Typical Shipping times (post-dispatch) are as follows:
- UK: 1-3 working days
- International: 5+ working days
Orders placed after 13:00 GMT are not guaranteed to be shipped the same day due to our small team handling all business operations. For urgent delivery needs, please contact us via Instagram or email prior to ordering. Allow extra time during peak periods (e.g., Christmas and Black Friday).
Rare unforeseen delays in processing can occasionally occur, preventing our standard 24-48 hour processing timeframe.
Delivery Guarantees
We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping addresses. For other non-arrivals, we will file claims and process refunds, but please wait 10 working days before contacting us. Orders over £200 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We consider tracking information as proof of delivery. If your item shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbours, household members, and your local postman before contacting Royal Mail. Report any issues within 7 days to enable us to open claims and liaise with the postal service.
We are not liable for parcels with alternative delivery arrangements (e.g., collection from a local Post Office or left in a safe place). Parcels will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, and addresses cannot be changed post-purchase.
Incorrectly addressed parcels returned to us will incur an £8 fee due to Royal Mail's return charges. Parcels held at the local post office for more than 2 weeks are ineligible for a refund; we will offer a reshipment, exchange, or store credit instead.
Brexit Arrangements
Due to Brexit, international orders, including those to the EU, may experience delays. If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, please contact us, and we will investigate with the courier. We prioritise timely delivery and appreciate your patience as these delays should decrease over time.
